Delivery times are estimates from the dispatch date, and are provided as a guideline only. They do not take into account possible delays caused by address or payment verification, or customs clearance in the destination country.
We will dispatch orders within 24 hours from the date that the order is received and payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on Friday after 13:00 AEST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
All Australian domestic orders are shipped using Express Post, whereby you can track your order online. Since you will be required to sign for delivery, we recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm. When supplying your shipping address, please bear in mind that orders can not be delivered to PO boxes.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties and custom fees charged once the shipment reaches its destination country. Please note that these fees are not included in your purchase order and will be billed separately by the shipping company. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon receipt of the parcel. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

OWNERSHIP AND RISK
Once delivery has been made and signed for at your specified address, responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that a signature by them is evidence of fulfilment by kin studio and responsibility is transferred in the same way. kin studio is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit.

You can return regular priced merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
Please note that customers are responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, unless the return is due to the product being defective or an error on our part.
All items must be returned in the condition that they were received – NOT WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED – and with all tags attached.
Refunds will be issued and exchanged items will be dispatched only after the returned goods have been received and checked.
